Terynox delivers bespoke software development solutions tailored to client requirements. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual agreements. Initial deposits are non-refundable due to commitment of specialized resources. You may request to reschedule project milestones by notifying our team at least 14 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

2.2 Information Products

Our digital content, including guides, templates, and tutorials, is accessible upon purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been downloaded or accessed beyond preview. After any access beyond preview, all sales are final. To request a refund, submit your order details to our support team.

2.3 Tangible Goods

Physical merchandise sold by Terynox may be sent back within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To request a refund, contact us to obtain an authorization and ship the item securely. You are responsible for shipping expenses. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Procedures

To request a refund or to reschedule a service, please reach out via contact us with your order or project reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Rescheduling requests for development milestones must be received at least 14 days before the planned work date and are subject to resource availability.

4. No-Refund Clauses

Certain deliverables, including completed codebases and custom integrations delivered in full, are not eligible for refund due to the bespoke nature of the work. This non-refundable provision protects the commitment of time and expertise in design, development, and quality assurance dedicated to your project.
